Sue, Brett win the Langlands Hanlon & Rosewood Stud Pace at Peak Hill HRC

Peak Hill Harness Racing Club conducted their Carnival of Cups meeting today, 12th of June. It was a beautiful winter's day and a large crowd turned out for a great day of harness racing.

Parkes Horse Homestead Lad owned by Parkes locals Sue Dean and Brett Hutchings was a popular win in the Langlands Hanlon & Rosewood stud Local Pace. Homestead Lad was trained and driven by Brett Hutchings for the win. Mossdale Bill trained by Rick Hunt and driven by Mitch Hutchings finished third in the same event.

Other Parkes Horses to place at the meeting were Our Reba Rose (Mitch Hutchings), 2nd, and Pedro's Joy (Brian Cunningham), 3rd.

Parkes Harness Racing Club will conduct an 8-race program next Sunday, June 19th. The heat of the Penrith Mayor's Cup will be the feature race of the afternoon.
